IMITATEME85!

Hi all,

So while at a trip to Sephora to pick something out for myself for my birthday i came across this sample box of Benefit items. It was located right before you check out in he little bins in front of the counter. I’ve always hated those things because they suck you in a grab a couple more items! Any who as i was “sucked in” to looking i found the Benefit Full Glam Ahead sample box for $12. Inside was a sample size of the illuminating skin enhance called High Beam, the mascara Bad Gal Lash and the Stay Don’t Stray primer for eye shadow and concealers. I don”t own any Benefit products and know most people would think i’ve been living under a rock but i am very timid when it come to purchasing high end beauty products. Only because being darker skinned it is difficult to find thing that work. Some will make you look dry and ashy others may not show at all. However i thought for $12 it was worth trying.

My review:

So far what i can conclude is that the bad girl lash mascara is probably my favorite sample out of the box and the formula seems to work well for my lashes. I really like the fact that it is very black so the lashes stand out on my darker skin. Question is would i buy full size? Hmmm maybe but i feel i can find better. The stay don’t stray primer too me is nothing special i would say it gives a good base for your concealer for my under eyes but it seem dry and flaky on my lids. Buy full size? No i can do without. These are good examples of why im timid in buying high end. I could end up not liking the product that much and would be stuck with it if it is not returnable after using. So that is my review of these product you can shoot me questions if you like i would love to hear from you if you have tried these product and what you think of them!
